A: All Body butters are PET 8 ounce jars.
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: NO! We do not use any unnecessary ingredients in our products. All of our products are 100% Natural.
Q: How long can I keep my products?
A: The shelf life for all of Le Calixte Products is 1 Year.
Q: How do I know which product is best for my skin type?
A: We have different skincare bars that caters for different skin types. The description box will explain each product that is good for your skin type.
Q: Are your soaps suitable for kids?
A: Yes, our products are suitable for kids. Kids are welcome to join the luxury club.
Q: How long before seeing results?
For some people it may take up to 30 days and for others it may take up to 90 days to see results. Be consistent and you will see results.

Le Calixte no longer deliver order's or order pick up in the Virginia area. We are making sure that the CEO and the Le Calixte Team members are fully safe from covid and its variants.

Q: When do orders ship?
A: Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday's excluding holidays and weekends
Q: How long will it take me to get my order?
A: Items take 1-8 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Friday. The items may take 1-8 business days to get to you through USPS/UPS once drop off at USPS/UPS.
Q: Can I return/refund my items?
A: No we do not do any returns or refunds. Due to covid-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for understanding. Stay safe and well.
Q: Why hasn't the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?
A: USPS has a tons of orders to ship out, please allow time for USPS to get your package to you. Please be aware that once we give them your package "lecalixteproducts" have no control over what happens with your order. If your order is lost or stolen please put in a claim with USPS.
Q: I have a question about my order, how do I get in contact?
A: You can email Lecalixteproducts@outlook.com at anytime. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response, excluding weekends.
Q: My order has not been delivered, but is marked delivered on USPS, what do I do?
A: I would recommend waiting 2 full business days to see if they may have delivered your order. Sometimes if the time gets late they mark the order as delivered and they will deliver it the following morning. If not, please file a claim with USPS.

Q: I placed a order and have not gotten a email confirmation. What do I do?
A: Double check to see if the confirmation emails in your spam folder/junk mail.
Q: Where is my tracking number ?
A: Once your order is fulfilled and you have not received a tracking number please contact us with your First name, Last Name and Order Number. Sometimes the tracking information is in your spam folder/junk mail. If you still have not received it please email us Lecalixteproducts@outlook.com.
