Hours of Operations: 

Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Le Calixte Products LLC, customer service will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, please allow 24-48 business hours from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to. Should your inquiry require more investigation attention or processing, please allow 48 more business hours to review and respond.

  • Please be aware all orders placed on Friday through Sunday will not begin processing, but on the following Monday, the first business day.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Please allow up to 1-4 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped (not including holidays or weekends). When an order is shipped you will receive a USPS confirmation email! 

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for USPS standard ground delivery. Check your tracking number daily/weekly. 
  • All purchases made will shipped out only Mondays - Friday only.
  • Any products LOST, STOLEN, MELTED or MISPLACED during the shipment is no longer "Le Calixte Products LLC" Responsibility. Please resolve the issue with USPS by filing a claim here: www.usps.com/domestic-claims 
  • Please ensure the mailing address is correct and that you are present for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing it.
